Hillcrest had a very special guest this afternoon as students gathered in the gym for our second cultural performance of the year. Professor Wow! used his mind-boggling circus skills to reveal the invisible forces that are right under our noses. With his expert juggling and balancing skills, plus help from audience volunteers, Professor Wow! helped us learn about Newton’s three laws of motion and so much more.
We are very getting very excited to welcome all of our new 2022/2023 Kindergarten students to Hillcrest! To help ensure a smooth transition to Kindergarten, new Kindergarten students and parents are invited to participate in our Kindergarten Orientation. Below are some details about this event.

Congratulations to everyone who participated in the Little Mountain Stomp District Cross Country race on Tuesday May 3! It was awesome to see so many personal best performances by our Hillcrest runners. Lots of positive energy and smiles as well. Thank you to all of our parent volunteers and to Mrs. Smith and Ms. Larmand for organizing our huge team of 95 runners to attend!
Thank you to all our students who rose to the challenge of participating in either their music class or school talent show this year! It has been so much fun watching students share their talents with their peers, and the school, over the past few weeks. The school wide Talent Show, which was the culminating event for the classroom shows, took place last Friday and was a phenominal display of talent! All of our students who participated in this series of shows should be extremely proud of the work they put into preparing for their show. Thank you also to Mr. Roberts for providing another great opportunity for our students to shine!
Congratulations to everyone who participated in the Hillcrest Hustle this year. It was so much fun watching everyone try their best and cheer each other on. Thank you again to all of our parent volunteers for making this event possible!
