Hot Lunch 2025-2026

Instructions:

1. Go to: https://munchalunch.com/schools/hilcrestsalmonarm
2. Click the “Register Here” button. The system will guide you through.
3. After adding your children, click the green “Order Lunch!” button to order.
4. Next time, just click the “Login Here” button to access your account.
5. FYI: Our first hot lunch day of the year will be Thursday Sept 26. If you need assistance with ordering, or do not have access to the internet, please contact here

Payment Option:

1. Online using credit card.

Please Note: If your child is sick on a lunch date, you are welcome to call the school and let them know if you’d like the PAC to pull your child’s lunch to pick it up by 11:45 am from the office. Otherwise, please consider it a donation for a child who does not have a lunch. Consistent with previous years, there are no refunds unless there is a problem with a vendor (eg. we could not pick up our items). We appreciate your support for our hot lunch program as the funds go towards the Grade 5 farewell events and shirts as a thank you for their leadership and involvement with delivery.

We are always in need of VOLUNTEERS! There is a volunteer page in the online system where you can checkmark which dates you are available. The lunch coordinator will then contact you with a proposed schedule.

Order and pay for available hot lunch dates all at once or place your order one month at a time!

Orders can be adjusted/cancelled up to the closing date.  Credits will only be issued if order is adjusted before the closing date.  Otherwise credits will not be issued.
