Office Hours

The office will be open during the summer as per the schedule below.  Please come in and pick up any report cards or items left at school during those times.

Tuesday July 3 – Friday July 6 (8:00am – 2:00pm)

Monday August 27 – Friday August 31 (8:00am – 2:00pm)

Tuesday Sept 4  (8:00am – 3:00pm) – Regular Hours Begin

New Registrations

New student registration will take place on Tuesday Aug 28 from 9:00am-2:30pm. Please bring a Birth Certificate, Care Card and Proof of Residency (ie. a document or envelope with your name and address on it) when registering your student. If you cannot make it in to register on Tuesday Aug 28, please call the office to set up an appointment with Mr. Ritchie.

Please note, at the moment all new registrations will be placed on a wait list until September 4, 2018, when the final number of divisions will be confirmed for the 2018-19 school year. 

First Day of School

Students will return to their previous year teacher’s classroom on the first day of school. Our hope is to have students placed in their new classes by the second day, once our final number of divisions are confirmed for the 2018-19 school year. Our goal is to post class lists in the evening of Tuesday September 4, 2018.

Tuesday September 4 

• 8:12am – Classes Begin – (Go to previous years teacher’s class)
• 11:05am – Early Dismissal

Wednesday September 4 

• 8:12am – Classes Begin (Go to new teacher’s class)
• 2:05am – Regular Dismissal

Note: Students in Kindergarten will attend according to the gradual entry schedule sent home over the summer. Kindergarten students do not attend school on Tuesday September 4, 2018.
