Dear Hillcrest Families,
Class placement emails were sent home by email on Wednesday Sept 9 between approximately 5:30 and 6:30pm. Shortly after we fielded dozens of emails indicating that families did not receive this information. Eventually, we were able to respond to everyone who indicated they may not have received this or other important emails sent out over the past couple of weeks. With the help of our Tech department we will be looking into this issue today and hopefully have a resolution soon.
Over the past two weeks parents should have received the following communications from the school.

Aug 28, 2020 – Hillcrest Parent Survey – Start-up 2020
Sept 2, 2020 – Kindergarten Gradual Entry Email (K parents only)
Sept 4, 2020 – Information for the First Week of School Email
Sept 9, 2020 – Class Placement Information (custom Email)
To help us identify possible errors in our system, we are asking families who did not receive one or more of the communications above to please fill out the survey below.
If you did not receive information regarding your child’s class placement, please see Mr. Ritchie who will be outside the main entrance.
